India is the second most populous country in the world and has the highest population density. The post-independence population boom is mainly attributable to the lack of education & political initiative, and improvement in medical facilities increasing the average life span of an individual. The explosion in the nation’s headcount, coupled with corruption and red-tapism, has put a heavy pressure on the resources, creating gargantuan problems of unemployment and poverty. Thoughtless technological development is another area pushing up the problem of unemployment in India. In an over-populated country, automated processes are throwing people out of their jobs, resulting in increased idle human resource.

According to the official figures though, India has been faring well on the employment front over the past few years. As per the CIA World Factbook, the unemployment rate has been falling steadily from 9.5% in 2004, 9.2% in 2005, 8.9% in 2006, 7.8% in 2007, and 7.2% in 2008 to 6.8% in 2009. However, this data leaves out equally severe problem of ‘underemployment.’ An underemployed person is considered ‘employed’ according to the official definition, but is unable to make a sustainable living. This actually is the ‘grim’ story behind these politically correct and ‘attractive’ declining rates.

A direct implication of unemployment is poverty. Over the last five years, the number of Indians living below the poverty line has increased from 270 million to 325 million. Dependency on monsoons and inadequate development in villages, have resulted in much higher rates of unemployment. Out of every five unemployed Indians, four live in villages. A sincere effort to ensure the availability of work in ignored parts of the country is urgently required. Apart from facilitating earning, this will also help ease out the excessive population burden on metros and the other large cities in India. The trend of people migrating to these fertile zones for opportunities needs to recede, as these cities are now dangerously packed and may get into acute infrastructure issues syndrome. Therefore, concrete measures for employment generation, especially in the rural or any low-growth areas, should be among the top priorities for Government planning. A strict monitoring of the employment plans’ effective and honest implementation is ‘the’ need!

The unemployed youth are greatly disoriented. knowing not what to do. The youth of India keeps on taking degrees in Arts, Commerce, Science & other fields and sit at home or under employed with salaries in pittance around Rs.3000/- to Rs. 4000/- enough to take care of their monthly conveyance expenses to their work centre, with unsecured job that can be terminated any time, some amount paid to the placement agencies etc., thus over worked under horrible working conditions, with the politicians and bureaucrats only too busy making easy money in crores with unfrettered corruption galore in all walks of life, with failed judiciary, police more viewed as licensed criminals as much as the arrogant, don’t care attitude Govt. Administration and thus creating naxalism with no other alternative and then crying fould against their/ public outburst against apathy and indulgence. We a country of over a billion do not have a Chief Executive with clean background. We know that most or almost all politicians are criminals as the Prime Minister himself does not have the guts to write to Swiss Banks and German Liesshnstein countries to freeze doubtful bankaccounts with black money as most of them are their own or that of their kith and kin and supporting big businsss groups. Country has reached irrpairable stage, which my three court cases have taught me and the one unjust handling of case by consumer case has taught the uslessness of approaching courts. The plight of poor literate or illiterate, is horrible. No wonder naxsalism or revolution, is the only solution to get another freedom from the corrupt politicians & anarchy in Administration.

Government is not encouraging industrial production and encouraging cheap goods being imported from our enemy China who have usurped our country’s land in ldakk and had attacked our country and we are helping their economic growth at our own cost by importing goods from them. we have spineless politicians, who can not take strong action even against the bullying pauperised PAKISTAN who survive being terrorists, by creating, harbouring and training terroists getting arms & money from USA to destabilise economically, and the USA that wants a weak India and a weak world for them to dictate. They have alaready looted Iraq killing millions of people, orphaaned and widowed millions of innocent Iraquis for Oil & Afghanis for Opium/ Drugs using Afghans to keep Russians away without their direct involvement, using Shia Sunni divide to weaken Middle East by engaging Iraq against Iran and then eradicating Saddam for not bowing down to their demands of Oil at throw away price.

Let government mention one project or one Government Scheme ever well implemented, the way it was planned, within the budgted time frame and Project cost. Projects are made only with view to make money and dragged on and on to only escalate the project cost. The slogan for over last 60 years us poverty eradication but never ever of a rapid industrialisation and incentive for small scale or medium scale industries but super giant companies for super cuttings for granting permissions with corruption bursting seams; and scams of judges, the Telgi, koda. Boffors and all getting covered up.
