proposed pay structure
AS FAR AS REVISED PAY STRUCTURE IS CONCERNED ,THE CASES OF THE JUNIOR LEVEL EXECUTIVES FROM E1 TO E3 LEVEL ARE COMPLETELY IGNORED BY ALL REASONABLE AND DEMOCRATIC NORMS IN A PUBLIC SECTOR UNDERTAKING EVEN AFTER 60 YEARS OF INDEPENDENCE.
In new pay scale, the stagnation increaments (3 nos.) will be given in alternate years,ie one increament in two years, this is a total injustice to the stagnated employees. The stagnation increament should be given every year as in the existing pay scale, if it is not to be continued as in the CMOAI demand.
Will the activities of CMOAI go beyond the ares of pay and parks.
Why there is no transparent and systematic transfer policy after so many years of this Public Sector Organisation?
Why GMS and AFMS get transfer after three four years?
Why the same thing do not happen in case of junior level executives?
Can anybody answer?
Please tell me how a junior became senior in this industry and what step you suggest to maintain dignity of senior.
I want to know why executes in E3 grade are not given paralal placement in E4 grade as given
to higher grades like E4 E5 etc.
Why the executives posted in Areas are not given a rotational chance to work at company Hq? Why you need a backing only to get it? Can CMOAI explain this?
There is no clear mention about the pay fixation of executives who got promoted from non executive cadre on or after 1-1-2007. Basic pay of executives who got promoted from non executive cadre in august 2007 are different in different subsidiaries . 21854.54 in mcl , 21860 in Secl , 21855 in NEC , 26427 in bccl and ncl . Can anyone answer ?
Please do not assume anything on your own or get preoccupied in your mind .
why the cmoai executive body members are not loyal towards junior level executives always they are thinking of the benefits for senior level executives.As per the manpower is concerned junior level executive from E1 to E4 are less in nos.i am giving the example of E2 executives they are always the sufferer one.so please awake and kindly look towards us also because we are also a part of your company.

1. The attitude of CMOAI towards NE Region is very much similar to that of the politicians of so called mainland India! The exdcutives transferred to Assam Coalfields from other coalfields can keep their residences for 3 yrs whereas executives transferred to other coalfields from Assam can not! Do you know that the original inhabitants of NE region dislike staying in other regions of India? 2. Some executives use company vehicles and others do not, but both are drawing equal perks & allowances(43.5 %). Dont you think that executives using company vehicles should get at least 5% less perks & allowances?
Executives of exploration department posted in various camps in different RIs of CMPDI are being treated step motherly.All the financial benefits given earlier to compensate their posting in remote areas devoid of even bare minimum basic facilities have been withdrawn without the approval of competent authorities . the implementing heads are obeying only verbal orders in many cases like field DA, incentives etc. No written orders have been sent to any executive.Then the question is why one should be motivated and how under these circumstance they may work when the govt. bodies are thinking/ implementing scheme to attract officers like doctor etc. to motivate to go to villages.So these matter should be taken whole heartedly to look into the matter important , because the exploration is the back bone of the production companies as a whole.

The upgradation of executives of E3 and E4 grade those who were in those grades as on 1.1.2007 has been known to have been published, but it is still not available in cmoai site as on 4.2.2010.
what is the use of maintaining the website if exexcutives are not been aware of the current facts in time ?
Why in TA/DA rules the rate of mileage is differentiate E-1 to E-4 = Rs. 5 per Km and from E-5 onwards it is Rs 7.5 per Km. It means the mileage ( Car Average ) of executive E-1 to E-4 is better then the Car average of executive E-5 onwards ? Why So ?
SINCE LAST SIX YEARS ASST.SURVEY OFFICERS WERE IN THE SAME GRADE E-1 (FROM 16.2.2004) ONLY 13 OUT OF 63 WERE PROMOTED ON 15.2.10.WHEN THEY WILL BE PROMOTED.WILL CMOAI REACT PROMPTLY.

CMOAI has completely lost its recognition in the recent days and i firmly believe that it will be buried in the coal mines in days to come.Most of the representatives join cmoai for their personal promotion /development.They have no hold in the CIL managegement and there are multiple faction within the body itself.Its hightime we should keep away the differences and unite…..

1. In SCCL, NPA is not calculated in areares as it is treated as perk.
2. During payment of arears also Doctors getting less than junior grades.

Why till date we have not promoted to the post of Survey Officer E2 grade from Asst. Survey Officer E1 grade since last 7(Seven) years.CMOAI is slipping like KUMBHAKARNA.Please awake very soon to see the above matter other wise we the people( 50 nos).will resigned from CMOAI.
What is the status of revised ltc/lltc rules, firm seniority list of E4 to E7 grade.

non-executive last month notional salary(i.e. basic+da+sda+10%bonus)+one increment of non-executive grade<=executive basic+da(i.e. executive notional salary). For further clearafication please contact at soniforeman@yahoo.co.in
For kind attention of CMOAI office bearers in letter no. CIL/C-5A(vi)/005/35/1210 dated 02/07-05-2009 regarding pay revision of executives in the para (10) (ii) (b) for 3% charge allowance why Labour Welfare Officer(Statutory Post) is not mentioned.
Coal India has revised gradation & rank of all its executives and subsiadiary co more than month back .it is surprising that ECL & bccl are yet to change the rank & designation of their executive for unknown reasons as they is no additional cost involved in modification of the Ranks & designation

I think cmoai now be comes a payslip association.After getting payslip one can recalls cmoai.Cmoai failed miserably to protect junior level executives.In last pay fixtation all executives are up graded to next higher grade except E1 & E2 executives as on 1.1.07. Till now 50 executives of survey disciplane & 15 executives of E&M deptt. are lying in E1 grade since last six & half years.Cmoai is silent about new TA/DA rule.E1 to E3 executives will get Rs 8/per km where as others will get Rs 12.It shows that E1&E2 officers get more milege with their vehicles as comperision to others.
Whether till date nothing has been finalised about PRP or not been informed to executives. Every morning we use to listen different rumour. Hope CMOAI should atleast convey clearly about the facts.

What’s ailing our CMOAI!? it has become a redundant and defunct set up. the least that one expects it do is to upadte its web site. look! some old junk letter of inconsequence is even now being flashed as new! new! its alright if cmoai is a toothless out fit it. Transfer of sensitive dept. in every three years is common in every subsidary or in its only limited, if so why the order has not been issued in April & relesed beofore may, transfer & release in mid of academic year become hectic for school admission and shifting, CMOAI should think of it.

I would like to draw your kind attention that promotion order of the diploma holders was circulated by company in the month of December 2010 in first phase, in which my name was absent.Again second list of promotion order of the diploma holders was circulated in the last week of December 2010 in second phase in which my name was again absent.After one and half month, third list of promotion order of the diploma holder was circulated As per vide letter no CIL: C50254:Dip.Holder: Excv::515 dated 2nd /9th FEB2011 and I got promotion. But company did not give me notional seniority from 22nd December.
Due to this reason my batch mates and juniors have become seniors. My batch mates are drawing Rs.1500 per month more basic than me.
It is heartbreak that company was ignored my promotion in first phase and gave me mental apprehension and now I am in great financial loss only due to ignorance of CIL.
There fore I request you Sir, kindly grant me notional seniority from 22Dec 2010.

I had retired from service on superannuation on 1.9.2009.I am getting pension in old scale and this is not revised.Most of retired executives who retired from service are not getting revised pension.We are being stupefied by Area office and by colliery time and again.Request To take up the this matter with authority so that we can get relief from harassment as well as get our dues in this crisis point of inflation. No body is discussing about promotion of junior level executives as if they are not part of cmoai.Every one is bothering for promotion of E6 to E7. What about Executives of E1, E2 & E3.In last pay revision(1.1.2007) all were upgraded to next higher grade except E1 & E2.In survey disciplane there are 50 executives suffering in E1 grade since last 8 years in a plea that no vacency is there in E2.How vacencies are created in case of higher grade executives.Even E1 executives are not elegible for flight.They get less (8 rupees) as compered to others(12.00) per Km while on tour.This is the time to think & act seriously by CMOAI before they walkout from CMOAI.

It is panic to say that cmoai could not realize the matter of subordinate engineer E1 of who got upgradation in third list in the month of FEB2011 and became junior than their batchmates and their juniors also became seniors and are drawing more basic.is it panic or not? just it has to be realize it.last time I have posted my views to cmoai.matter was raised before cmoai during agitational program at bilaspur HdQtr to backup the carrier growth in main stream line.but ,unfortunately it is still pending, can I hope it will be better ?
