Two-Three duly registered independant local area NGOs with no politicians or their near relatives in that Organisation as members, shall be engaged in supervising various Public Projects with 1-2% as Inspection Fees, to safeguard public/national interest to prevent misuse, manipulation or drain of project funds and maintaining of quality/quantity specifications of materials used, quality standards and specifications for good workmanship etc. instead of around half of the project cost generally seen or heared swindled by the politicians, contractors and Administration combine and projects delayed under various pretexts for vested interests at the cost of the nation.
